Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. Prices in EUR are the reference prices, prices in USD and GBP are estimated prices.
Digital products (e.g. eBooks and online courses) can be ordered worldwide.
Physical products we deliver only to selected countries in Europe.

Delivery is free of charge in Germany.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge for delivery to
Austria flat rate 4 EUR plus VAT and in
all other deliverable countries a flat rate of 6 EUR plus VAT per order.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

If you pay by cash on delivery (if this is offered), an additional fee of 10.50 euros is due, which is charged by the local delivery company. Further taxes or costs do not apply.

There are no shipping costs for digital products.

(*) Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased and in some cases the customer’s place of residence, it is subject to change. This means that the shipping flat rate can only be finally calculated during the ordering process.
